Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy . If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase items from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of and registration on the site is void where prohibited.

Please note that if you order an item with engraving, this is excluded from our returns policy (this does not apply to faulty or defective items). You must return any faulty or defective item to us within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. You may then choose to receive a replacement, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty). This does not affect your legal rights.

By placing an order with you are agreeing to receive email newsletters from Monty Stock London. We will not share your data with any 3rd parties. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any point simply click on the unsubscribe link provided on any email.


Standard Royal Mail Delivery is FREE to all UK and overseas addresses. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK addresses which is a next day service (however, for orders despatched on a Friday, the delivery will not arrive until the following Monday).

We Royal Mail Worldwide (tracked and signed-for) for overseas addresses – Europe/USA/Australia and the rest of the world. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days but delivery could take longer in certain countries (working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays). Please be aware that you may have to pay tax/duty upon arrival depending on the country you live in.

We can also send your pet tag by courier. This service is at an additional cost of £10 for Europe (2-5 working days) and £20 for Worldwide (3-5 working days).


You can return an unused pet tag that has not been engraved for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please include all packaging and enclose a cover note stating your name and address and the reason for your return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for pet tags once they have been engraved (unless the tag is faulty – this does not affect your statuatory rights).

Return delivery is at the customer’s expense and for security, we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK or for customers outside the UK, a tracked service.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

  • You are entitled to cancel your contract provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
  • Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification (special orders), that have been clearly personalised or engraved, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, including body piercing jewellery where the packaging seal has been broken or tampered with, for hygiene reasons, or any products with a seal where the seal has been or is broken.
  • If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address – thank you.
